Billing transparency

  • List prices exclude VAT where applicable. Tax is calculated at Stripe Checkout when a paid plan is purchased.
  • Document storage is metered by plan (for example Starter 2 GB, Professional 10 GB, Enterprise unlimited). Values are catalogue caps, not unlimited across all plans.
  • Self-serve candidate intake is via published job application pages. Inbound email processing allowances meter supported email ingest where configured; HireFlow does not provide every agency its own automatic shared inbound mailbox. WhatsApp is unavailable until Meta production acceptance.
  • We'll need your business billing details when a paid subscription is activated.
  • When public registration is enabled, anonymous visitors can start a free trial or choose Starter/Professional, create an agency owner account, then continue to Billing for Stripe-hosted Checkout. Enterprise remains Request a Demo. Paid access activates only after Checkout payment is confirmed — plan selection alone does not.
  • Card payments use Stripe Checkout. Invoices are available from Billing after a paid subscription is active. WhatsApp and SMS are optional integrations and are not included as always-on plan channels.

Can I migrate my existing candidates?

Yes. You can import your existing candidate records into HireFlow so your team picks up where they left off. If you need help with the migration, get in touch.

Can multiple recruiters collaborate?

Yes. Every plan includes recruiter seats, so your team can work from the same candidates, applications and pipeline.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Agency owners can move to a higher paid plan from Workspace → Billing via Stripe-hosted Checkout when online payments are enabled for the platform.

How long does onboarding take?

Most agencies get started during the 14-day free trial. Create your workspace, invite recruiters and start processing candidates. We can also help with a guided setup if you prefer.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Enterprise includes your own logo, brand colours and domain, together with a white-label candidate experience. Request a demo to discuss your branding requirements.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. A 14-day free trial lets you evaluate HireFlow with trial-plan capacity (not unlimited Professional limits). Create a workspace, invite recruiters within the trial seat allowance, and process real recruitment workflows before choosing a paid plan.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Yearly billing includes a 15% discount compared with the monthly price. The annual amount is paid upfront for 12 months. This saves €268 a year on Starter and €538 a year on Professional.

Can I pay online?

Yes. Agency owners purchase Starter or Professional from Workspace → Billing through Stripe-hosted Checkout (monthly or yearly). HireFlow activates the paid plan after payment confirmation. Public registration enablement is a separate HireFlow operations step.
