No hiring guarantees

The platform helps organise applications and recruiter work. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, response times, candidate quality, or suitability. Hiring decisions remain with agencies and their clients.

AI is assistive; humans decide

AI-assisted CV parsing may produce incomplete or incorrect suggestions. Recruiters and agencies must review and verify candidate information before acting on it.

HireFlow does not autonomously hire or reject candidates. Automated output is a draft aid only—not a verified record and not a substitute for recruiter judgment.

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or errors may affect access. Public website content is general information only.
